Minimum processor options for Lap Top or Desktop
for Intel
Minimum core 2 duo intel processor if you choose (intel processor is The current performance and market leader at the time) - Maximum i7 extreme

Recommended is i5 2nd
(side to overclok processor availability is not a concern)

Reason:
Moderate prices, with quality graphics capabilities excellent, with softwere comportable clock speed and gaming applications, the latest entertainment today (sufficient for basic 3D graphics and gaming). Moreover, supported by the addition of other factors such as memory, and garfik cards, etc.. i5 can work with memory integrated with processors without using additional graphics card(built in Intel ® HD 3000 Graphics tehnology).
For Processors AMD :
Turion X2 minimum - a maximum of Vision X 
(The Turion II and Turion Ultra II; They Provide excellent all-around performance for multimedia Such as high definition video).

Phenom II X4 is recommended
Reason: 
Designed to deliver performance ideal for all Kinds of multimedia as well as in the most demanding of applications Such as virtualization.
Other spec:

1. DDR SDRAM memory usage or a minimum of 4GB, 8GB recommended use.
2. The use of a VGA card at least 1GB memory - up to 4 GB with an option to use the brand as you see fit.
3. Port: PCI-Exspres, SATA, RJ45, HDMI
4. Interface: minimL 2 X USB 2.0, will be better available 1 x USB 3.0
5. Networking: at least Wi-Fi, Wireless-N Wi-Fi wireless networking (based on 802.11n specification; 802.11a/b/g compatible)
6. Hardrive: 500GB minimum - maximum of 3 TB - recommended to Used SSD and exsternal SATA hardrive.

For Netbook: Intel ATOM processor and AMD C-50 or AMD C-60, generally decent netbook type used for productivity and multimedia, browsing applications, and less well for the use of gaming applications.
