Take your HDTV to new heights! The LinkStick is a wireless USB 2.0
adapter that provides instant access to InfoLink RSS data like news,
weather, sports and stock information on your Samsung HDTV screen. It
also supports Blu-ray Live with Netflix, Pandora and PC streaming of
pictures and videos. The link stick not only allows your Samsung TV to
connect wirelessly to your home network to view photos and downloads
movies, but you can also wirelessly connect to the internet (when
connected to your home router) - On select Samsung TVs you can then surf
the web, use the Samsung apps such as facebook, twitter, Netflix,
Blockbister etc.

I have spoke to Samsung level 2 support and wanted to let everyone here
know that although Amazon brings this link for this device up when you
search for model WIS08BG this device WILL not work with your series A
2008 model TV, not even if your TV was manufactured in 2009 and is a
series A! This device (WIS09ABGN) will only work with Samsung Series B
TV'S! Don't even try to order it or you will be dissatisfied! The
drivers are not compatible with series A TV'S

I have the Samsung LN52A-650 LCD TV and the BD-P1600 Blu-Ray player. I
have wireless internet access in my house. Initially, I had a real
problem getting the BR player to connect to the internet. It would find
my SSID but would not connect. When I set the configuration to manual
and input all the requested information, it failed the Ping test. After
hours of troubleshooting, I found a piece of information on the web,
telling me that the SSID cannot have characters or spaces in the ID. I
had spaces in the SSID name, so once I fixed that, it connected without a
problem. I didn't need to buy a new wireless router. That seemed to be
the leading fix for this problem for others on the web. However, I
didn't want to go through the hassle of re-configuring a new wireless
router nor did I wanted to spend the money on one. In the end, I didn't
have to.
