Customer service is nonexistent ... I tried to get help on the web and still no response. I exhausted all procedures recommended in the manual without success ... It is incredible that expensive equipment and have renamed this type of problem at startup. MacBook Air 11.6 (Newest Version NO THANK YOU! Unfortunately I can not return to Amazon ... I should have done before October 2!
